How is it everyone? Some dose on productivity
With COVID in background (hopefully for coming days) – we have to think beyond it and return to normal life. I started this lifestyle even before COVID and continued even during all the restrictions in place – which is to have an active life style with brisk walk atleast 5 days a week of around 10-15 KMs a day.
Doing so for around 2 years now makes me crave for a walk if I donโt go out more than 3 consecutive days. Now, for many its a boring activity, but for me it has brought so much of productivity into my life – For one, it makes me sweat in 45 degree evening of Dubai summer, but more so, I have learnt to listen on the go, and catch up with friends on phone. These 6-8 hours every week are giving me motivation and helping me consume content which I might have not if I stayed at home perhaps.
