The Asset Class Which Is Beating Other Major Asset Classes Around The World 🌍
Last few months have not been less than a mayhem in the US stock market and similarly the real estate of top cities around the world from countries like Canada, Australia, the UK etc. Every kind of investment has been on a downhill slope specially companies a few months back categorized as FAANG (Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix & Google) have been battered specially which were having insane valuation 📈.
The company out of the FAANG which showed resilience is APPLE which goes on to show how the solid product will never fail you in long term! I have already discussed investing in apple here
Anyway, this is where correlation in investment matters – even at one point when gold was considered to have inverse correlation with stocks has performed measly in past so many years. Asset diversification is the key in this scenario both in terms of asset classes as well as geography. I have been contemplating on buying a real estate in Dubai for a long time – however, one reason or the other I have still not added this asset class in my portfolio which saw a huge dip during the pandemic but since then recovered by a huge margin 💹.
Now that crowd funding is working in full swing in the UAE, I have started to diversify the portfolio into Dubai real estate too through 2 major platforms where I made several videos on and the recent ones on smart crowd and gestake can be found in the links. I don’t have to be taking high leverage cash less position with mortgage into a property in Dubai when I can easily invest with available cash into the real estate ventures of my choice.

I recently invested a total of 26,000 AED into 2 properties in GETSTAKE as you can see in the screenshot below while investing small amounts in SMARTCROWD earlier & realizing that even though the entry threshold is very low – but unless you invest good amount, you wont be able to realize the full potential in real estate. For new investors too, I recommend to start investing from at least 2000 AED and consider it as a long term commitment on the horizon of 5 years (as you would do in a regular property investment)
The more you delay investing, the more your will have to wait for the first dividend as the whole process takes time as you can imagine with any property purchase process.
I have discussed in more details in the videos on my YouTube channel about more benefits of investing through crowd funding as well as the caveats involved as every investment carries risk which one should be aware based on their own circumstances.
